Agnieszka Skalska has been working in Koi Studio since 2014. She runs film PR. As a producer, she debuted with a documentary film directed by Matej Bobrik Our Little Poland (premiere at Warsaw FF 2019). Earlier, she was part of promotional campaigns for documentary and feature films. She is now working on documentary films such as Together by Marek Kozakiewicz (Doc Accelerator Prize/ Dok Leipzig 2019), The Current by Rafał Skalski (Hot Docs Forum 2020) and Guest Worker by Matej Bobrik.

Alice Lemaire

After studying in Paris, Alice Lemaire settled in Brussels to devote herself entirely to cinema. She worked for Wallonie-Bruxelles Images for two years, promoting and exporting Belgian films abroad. She was also part of the organizational committee of Boost Camp, a film development workshop for women directors in Belgium. Today, she works mainly as a producer for Michigan Films and develops resolutely unique documentary and hybrid projects.

Anda Ionescu

With a background in communication and cultural management, Anda Ionescu has been working in film production in Romania and Denmark in recent years. She is a Managing Partner and Producer of Tangaj Production, currently handling several projects in various stages of development. She co-founded and managed two NGOs focused on the promotion of cinema and developing alternative funding schemes for young filmmakers’ projects. She is an EAVE TTB alumna, an EAVE+ participant and an EWA member.

Antonella Di Nocera

Antonella Di Nocera is a producer and cultural promoter curating events in Napoli with guests such as Ken Loach, Fred Wiseman, Spike Lee, Sally Potter, Ralph Fiennes, Laurent Cantet, Amos Gitai, Mohsen Makhmalbaf, Zhao Liang. She created AstraDoc – a film programme for documentaries. In 2002 she founded Parallelo41 produzioni, producing many awardwinning documentaries and independent films. Since 2014 she has directed FILMaP-Atelier del cinema del reale, producing work by many young filmmakers. In 2020 her films were in IFFR and Venice.

Firat Sezgin

Fırat Sezgin is a producer working in Film and New Media with a background in producing feature-length films as well as documentaries. He co-founded the Institute of Time to work on independent projects, including three feature creative documentaries. His last VR work, Floodplain, premiered at Venice Film Festival. His latest documentary world premiered at the IFFR in 2020. He currently resides in the Netherlands.

Ieva Ūbele

Ieva Ūbele has produced numerous documentary films, exhibitions and photo albums on social and environmental issues. Her most well-known documentaries are homo@lv (2010, dir. Kaspars Goba), the first documentary from Latvia ever screened at the Berlin International Film Festival, and Inga Can Hear (2018, dir. Kaspars Goba), which had its international premiere in Hot Docs 2019. In 2019 she established her own production company Baltic Balkan Productions and is producing and co-producing films with focus on strong personal stories and social issues. In 2020-2023 she worked as Head of Industry programme at Beldocs IDFF (Serbia). Ieva holds an MA in Social Anthropology from Riga Stradins University (Latvia) and an Executive MBA from IEDC-Bled School of Management (Slovenia). Alumna of EAVE, EURODOC, and Emerging Producers and a member of Documentary Association of Europe and EWA - European Women's Audiovisual network.

Ildikó Kosztolni

Ildikó Kosztolni is a creative producer of, among others, the first Hungarian broadcast investigative programme (Blank), which won several prestigious awards. She earned an MA degree in Producing at the MEGA Plus programme in Spain. She assisted in the work of the European Commission as a media expert in post-war zones worldwide. As the producer of iamnewhere, she has been granted development and production funds for numerous projects. Ghetto Balboa won a grant for the Best Documentary Film by the Hungarian Film Academy in 2019.

Iva Plemić Divjak

Iva Plemić Divjak is a documentary film and festival producer. She explored and developed her taste in cinema documentaries while producing the first 10 editions of the Magnificent 7 - European Feature Documentary Film Festival; then moved into producing documentaries by Mila Turajlić and Mladen Kovačević. A member of DokSrbija and EWA, Eurodoc alumna and Serbian co-representative in the Eurimages Board of Management.

Ivan Perić

Ivan Perić is a film producer and director. He has an MA in Sociology and an MA in Film and Media Arts. He is a producer and director of several short and feature films, documentaries and experimental films. His films have been screened at numerous film festivals and won several awards. He has participated at many film workshops including Ex Oriente. He has been a curator and organizer of several multimedia exhibitions and also exhibits his own multimedia works.

Jorge Caballero

Jorge Caballero holds an MSc in Interactive Media and is working towards a PhD in cinema and artificial intelligence. He is a co-founder of the production company GusanoFilms (www.gusanofilms.com) based in Barcelona and Bogota. As a film maker, he has directed and produced several films, interactive and immersive projects that have been awarded and selected in prestigious film festivals around the world (IDFA, SXSW, Cinéma du réel, Visions du Réel, Biarritz, Cartagena, Malaga, Thessaloniki and many others). He has won twice the national Documentary Award in Colombia.

Kobi Mizrahi

Kobi Mizrahi graduated from the Film and Television Department of Tel-Aviv University. In 2018 he took part in the Rotterdam producers’ lab, Berlin Talent Campus and Cannes producers’ workshop. Recipient of the Israeli Ministry of Culture award in 2018. He took part in the EAVE producers’ workshop 2020. Kobi opened KM Productions, an Israeli Production Company, focusing on creating a true and sustainable relationship with young innovative directors in order to produce both short and feature films, fictions and documentaries.

Marek Novák

Marek Novák has a law degree from Charles University in Prague, but didn’t really feel like being a lawyer. So, he later studied film production at Prague’s FAMU and founded his own production company, Xova Film, back in 2014. He honed his skills in several workshops: EAVE Producers Workshop, Midpoint, Ex Oriente Film, dok.incubator, IFS International Producing and Berlinale Talents. He is a member of the Czech Audiovisual Producers Association and its Ethics Committee.
