Maria Krauss is a documentary film producer, social activist and cultural project manager based in Warsaw. She co-founded the boutique production company Plesnar & Krauss FILMS. She has produced and co-produced character-driven documentaries that have received awards at both national and international festivals. Maria is a member of the Polish Producers Alliance (KIPA), the European Film Academy and the Polish Film Academy.

Ethiopian producer Nahu began his career as a best boy before rising through East Africa’s film scene. A MultiChoice Talent Factory alumnus and Kalasha winner for Cheza, he founded 1960 Multimedia to champion bold, independent stories. He is a participant in the Durban FilmMart Business Lab and EFM Toolbox. In 2025, he screened his proof-of-concept short at the European Film Market and joined Locarno Open Doors while developing his second feature.
Pavla Klimešová

Pavla Klimešová is a Prague-based producer. In her company Helium Film, she collaborates with inspirational filmmakers to create high-quality content with international impact. Her greatest achievement is the film Caught in
the Net, the most visited documentary in Czech cinemas, with over 570,000 admissions. It premiered at CPH:DOX and was distributed worldwide. She is also a member of the European Film Academy.
Ringailė Leščinskienė

Ringailė has been a film producer since 2008 and is the CEO of three companies in film, TV, and advertising, including Zero Copy Reel, which specializes in documentaries. She holds an MA in Arts Management in Cinema from LMTA. Her films have been presented at festivals such as CPH:DOX, Tallinn Black Nights, EFM Berlinale, IDFA, and others. She mentors in the Lithuanian Shorts Mentorship Program, participates in the EsoDoc programme, and lectures at Vilnius Tech University’s Faculty of Creative Industries.
Tomáš Gič

Tomáš Gič is a Slovak producer focusing on fiction films and documentaries. He holds Master’s degrees in Film Production from the Academy of Performing Arts and in Law from Comenius University. His short films have been screened at Cannes IFF, DOK Leipzig, Riga IFF, among other festivals. At the production company Silverart, he is finishing the feature film Flood by Martin Gonda and producing the documentary Glorious Utopia by Marek Moučka. He is an alumnus of IDFAcademy, MIDPOINT, and MFI.
Yann Tonnar

Originally a director, Yann created his own production company after having been the creative producer on a documentary series that ran for five years and 72 episodes. Now focusing entirely on production, his fields of interest range from social issues, arts and music to more historical topics. Yann headed Luxembourg’s directors’ union for ten years, its film academy for six years, and currently chairs the European Federation of Film Academies (FACE). He is fluent in English, French and German, Luxembourgish.
