Michaela Kaliská is a Bratislava-based producer and co-founder of NINJA film, an independent company focused on bold and independent cinema. Their debut feature Lover, Not a Fighter won the Proxima Grand Prix at the Karlovy Vary IFF. She holds an MA in Production and Distribution from the Film and TV Faculty of the Academy of Performing Arts (VŠMU) and is currently completing an MA in Gender Studies at Charles University in Prague. With more than eight years of production experience, she is an alumna of the Cannes Producers Network, IDFAcademy and East-West Talent Lab.
 

Nađa Lapčević is a Serbian producer based in Scotland. A graduate of the Faculty of Dramatic Arts in Belgrade and the Kino Eyes master’s programme (Erasmus Mundus Scholar), she is an alumna of EURODOC, IDFA Academy, Less is More (LIM), and MIDPOINT. Her short documentary Mother’s Milk premiered at DOK Leipzig and was nominated for the Silver Eye Award. In 2021, she founded the Scotland-based production company Varda Pictures, where she has since produced two feature documentaries. Nađa also works as a Junior Producer with Sonja Henrici Creates.

Olha Tuharinova is an independent filmmaker based in Kyiv, Ukraine. She is the co-founder of Kshtalt Productions, a company focused on creative documentaries and hybrid forms of cinema. Her films and projects have been presented at Ji.hlava IDFF, Millennium Docs Against Gravity, Baltic Sea Docs, DOK Co-Pro Market, and Agora Thessaloniki FF. She is a DocNomads graduate and an alumna of EURODOC 2025 and Sarajevo Talents 2025.

Péter Nádori is COO of Direkt36, Hungary’s leading investigative journalism centre. Formerly Deputy CEO of the media company Lapcom, he previously held editorial positions in both print and online media. He also helped launch the independent news portal Telex in 2020 and served as a morning show host and board member at Tilos, Hungary’s first community radio station. He has produced Direkt36’s feature-length documentaries Washing Our Hands (2023), The Dynasty (2025) and The Trap (2026).

Rosalien Hollestelle is a producer at the Amsterdam-based production company BIND and a graduate of the Netherlands Film Academy. She produces international fiction and documentary features, with a particular interest in films that combine drama with a touch of humour. She has participated in Rotterdam Lab, Cannes ImpACT Lab, ACE Training Days, IDFAcademy, INTRO:DOX (CPH:DOX), and APostLab. She was nominated for the Graduate Producer Award by the Netherlands Audiovisual Producers Alliance.

Stephan Herzog is an Austrian producer and director focusing on documentary projects, most of them exploring social and political themes. Austroschwarz (Blue – A Black European Tale), his first feature-length documentary as a producer, became one of the most successful Austrian films of 2025 and received a nomination for Best Documentary at the Austrian Film Award.
