Audun Amundsen is a Norwegian documentary producer and director, and an online strategy consultant at GonzoDocs AS. He focuses on performative and participatory documentaries. He has received several governmental and non-governmental grants for his films Newtopia, Help, I’ve Gone Viral! and Click the Link Below. His films have been sold internationally (NHK Japan, GoPlay Indonesia and ARTE France among others) and screened at festivals worldwide (Hot Docs, DocPoint, Millenium etc).

Carla’s first job was in advertising, but she soon turned to film. She enrolled in a master’s programme in film production and started working for Cristian Mungiu’s Mobra Films. In parallel, she was involved in the production of two film festivals. In 2016, Carla joined Ada Solomon’s company, where she still works today. She is involved in feature films, shorts and series, fiction films and documentaries by acclaimed directors and fresh voices. Her dream is to help put her generation of filmmakers on the map.

Charlotte is a Scottish documentary producer based in Edinburgh. After doing an MA in English Literature at the University of St Andrews, she gained experience in drama, TV and commercial production. In 2012, she began working with Victor Kossakovsky on Aquarela. She founded Hailstone Films in 2018, and they collaborated again on Gunda. She produces short documentaries with the Scottish Documentary Institute and up-and-coming directors, and is an alumna of their New Voices talent programme.

The company focuses on documentary films with an authorial signature, powerfully narrated, that can provide deep insights into the subject and have the ability to move the audience strongly. The latest short doc The Game premiered at the 77th Venice International Film Festival in 2020. The 360 degree documentary Caves premiered at the 78th Venice International Film Festival in 2021.

Jan Hubáček graduated in film directing and screenwriting at Faculty of Multimedia Communications of Tomáš Baťa University in Zlín. He also studied at Baltic Film, Media and Arts School in Tallinn and worked at Stink, London. He has won several awards for his student short films The Shoes and Romance of Noble Age. He gained experience with videogames on the projects Czechoslovakia 38-89 and Mafia 3 and honed his skills in workshops: IDFAcademy, East-West Talent lab, ACE Training days, etc. In 2015, he founded the production company GNOMON, a member of the Czech Audiovisual Producers Association.

Karolina Śmigel is a film producer. Since 2015, she has been a board member of Uni-Solo Studio, where she produces documentaries. She launched a development programme for documentary directors called Jump in the Doc, which aims to develop documentary production for children in Poland. She is the artistic director of the Cinema in Sneakers International Film Festival and a member of the Polish Producers Alliance. Karolina lectures at the Film Production Organization Department of the Warsaw Film School.

Born in 1980 in Freiburg. Krause studied film at the Hochschule für Bildende Künste in Hamburg and has since worked as a producer and director. As a director he has shown his films at numerous international festivals and has been awarded various prizes. In 2016, he founded the production company Fünferfilm together with Frank Scheuffele. With its repertoire of artistic and unconventional documentaries, features and short films, Fünferfilm has established itself as an emerging production company in Germany.
