Adrianna is a Lodz Film School graduate. She has been gaining experience working with Munk Studio, Lava Films and Kalejdoskop Film Studio. Adrianna is a co-founder and a creative producer at Film Foundation Lumisenta, responsible for developing the company’s own projects. The company’s first short fiction, When the House Turns by M.Ornaf, won J.Machulski Award for the Best Film, the Best Edit and the Best Direction. Lumisenta’s first documentary, Forest by Lidia Duda, won the most promising European project award at the 26th edition of the Ji.hlava IDFF. Adrianna is now working on international co-productions such as Fakir by Roman Duris (Czech, Slovakia, Poland) and I Am One of Them by Nadim Suleiman (Poland, France, Qatar, Syria). She is a member of Her Docs Foundation and Woman in Film Association as well as Biennale College Cinema and dok.incubator participant.
Cristina Haneș

Cristina is a creative documentary film producer and director. She co-founded the NoCut Film Collective based in Romania, Italy and India. She also works as a producer with deFilm, Romania. Alumna of DocNomads MA, Berlinale Talents and Aristoteles Workshop. She completed her BA in Cinematography in Cluj-Napoca, Romania. Cristina sees filmmaking as a collaborative and transcultural undertaking and she is interested in working with emerging filmmakers from Eastern Europe and the Global South.

Ed is a producer/director and co-founder of Postcode Films, an award-winning documentary company based in London. He’s a 2022 Film Independent Fellow, a 2021 Sundance Institute Documentary Film Program Grantee and a 2019 BIFA Springboard Fellow. Ed has taught Ethnographic Film at several UK universities and has an MA in Visual Anthropology. He’s drawn to projects that are character-led and observational – creating intimate, sensitive portrayals that still leave plenty of space for humour.
Fabrizio Maltese

Fabrizio Maltese is a documentary producer, filmmaker, and award-winning photographer based in Luxembourg. As a director, cinematographer and producer, he has made five documentary features to date that premiered at different international film festivals including Palm Springs, Tallinn Black Nights and Thessaloniki. He was part of IDFA Producers’ Connection, Eurodoc (regional), and Rotterdam Lab. Fabrizio is a voting member of the European Film Academy and a board member of the Luxembourg Producers Guild.
Isabella Karhu

Isabella Karhu is an award-winning filmmaker who studied filmmaking at the LAB Institute of Design and Fine Arts. After her graduation, she founded Danish Bear Productions together with her fellow colleague Juho-Pekka Tanskanen in 2015. She is also an active member of the Finnish Documentary Guild and used to sit on its board. Her films have premiered at festivals such as Sundance, CPH:DOX and Göteborg Film Festival. Her aim is to produce high-quality creative films with strong artistic values.
Kaleo La Belle

Kaleo La Belle is a filmmaker based in Zurich. In 2010, he founded the production company LA BELLE FILM GmbH and works internationally as an independent producer, author, director, and cinematographer. Born on a hippie commune in Maui, Hawaii, he grew up in Detroit in the 80’s and after studying art in New York, moved to Switzerland in the late 90’s. He has a degree in painting and video art from Alfred University, New York, and a filmmaking degree from the Lucerne School of Art and Design.
Kristine Kintana

Kristine Kintana is a Filipino producer, production manager, translator, and actress. As a frequent collaborator of Khavn and Lav Diaz, films that she was part of have won in Venice, Locarno, and Berlin, and has been shown in festivals and retrospectives all over the world. She also works in QCinema International Film Festival and is part of the six-person selection committee for QCShorts, the only grant-giving body for short films in the Philippines.

Liis Nimik is a documentary producer and director, fiction editor and editing lecturer. She graduated from Baltic Film and Media School – BA in Film Art in 2012 as an editor and MA in 2015 as a documentary filmmaker. Her producer feature debut documentary A Loss of Something Ever Felt premiered at HotDocs 2020 and her director feature debut Sundial at 2023 Visions du Réel and HotDocs. Liis is also a Junior Researcher at Tallinn University and Pompeu Fabra.

Mariam, a filmmaker from Georgia, is the founder of OpyoDoc production company and co-founder of DOCA Documentary Association Georgia. Her first feature documentary, Listen to The Silence, won The Golden Dove in Next Masters Competition at DOK Leipzig 2016. Since then, Mariam has produced films for other directors. Mariam’s new film Magic Mountain, which she produced and co-directed with Nik Voigt, received the Best Film award at Docs Barcelona 2023.

Matej Sotník is a producer at guča films and the creative director at Film Expanded Distribution. He has produced Viera Čákanyová's sci-fi documentary Notes from Eremocene which premiered at Berlinale 2023. He is currently producing 5 feature-length films, 3 minor co-productions and 2 TV/online series. Matej co-produces projects with partners from Czechia, Germany, the Netherlands or Austria. His interests are centred in documentaries, but recently he has been exploring fiction territory. He is a co-founder of the Slovak Documentary Film Association.

Matteo Pecorara, who founded Small Boss in 2014, is a creative producer committed to collaborating with emerging talents, crafting space for unheard voices, and delving into fresh narratives within documentary filmmaking. Focused on documentaries, he is now developing also a fiction film and an animated stop-motion feature. In 2021 he won the Best Producer award at When East Meets West. His projects have garnered support from esteemed institutions such as MEDIA, Eurimages Fund and Ibermedia.
Mónica Hernández Rejón

Mónica is a Mexican film producer, director and programmer based in Sweden. Mónica has an academic background with a focus on cinema, postcolonial and intersectional studies. She is passionate about issues of identity, racism and political resistance, which are the themes she explores in the films she produces and directs. Mónica is also one of the founders of Panoramica Stockholm Latin American FF, where she works as a programmer and artistic director.
